About Us
We’re Jami and Maddie, and we first worked together as the founding People team for the startup Levelset in 2018 until it’s successful acquisition in 2021. We’ve since worked together at various companies, from 15 employees to almost 5,000, and have witnessed firsthand the stark differences in organizational cultures. We saw how some companies thrived by investing in their people, while others struggled due to a lack of care. One particular experience with a company that ultimately failed highlighted the critical need for a people-first strategy, and inspired us to start our own consulting firm in 2024.
